Toad's Visuals changes how the game looks and sounds for you. It never plays for you.
Is it allowed on servers?- No changes to movement, reach, attack speed or hit detection
- No aiming or attacking for you, and nothing that affects the game is sent to the server
- No information you could not see yourself: no enemy HUD, no pop counter
- Server owners can switch fullbright off for their players
